Panko Crusted Tilapia - pan seared with a toasted panko crumb topping served over a rice pilaf with vegetable garnish

Beef Kabobs - skewered beef kabobs garnished with onions & peppers served a top a rice pilaf with a tzatziki sauce

Herb Roasted Pork Loin - dry herb rubbed pork loin slow roasted and served over blended wild rice with an apple pan sauce & roasted vegetables

Cilantro Chili Rubbed Chicken - southwestern flavored chicken breast served over red beans & rice with a corn relish

Bulgur Wheat Chicken Plate - fresh herb infused bulgur wheat salad crowned with marinated grilled chicken, garnished with a grilled vegetable salad & pita crisp
