The club was originaly established in 1971. Under new management in 1987, the club and has since doubled in size and has also been completely renovated. The Golf Course has been redesigned and renovated as well since that time. Pinewood takes pride in the beauty of the clubhouse and the grounds, and is a private club for members and their guests.
