 Pinewood Country Club was established in 1971 under the ownership of Pinewood Golf and Development. The Club was purchased in 1987 by Klaussner Investment Corporation, which is still the current owner. Since 1987 the clubhouse has doubled in size and has been completely renovated. The Golf Course has also been redesigned and renovated. Pinewood takes pride in the beauty of the clubhouse and the grounds, and is a private club for members and their guests.
The management of the corporation has both the responsibility and authority to establish for the members such rules and regulations to the minimum required to the mutual enjoyment of the club by all its members and guests.
